Little Leaders Academy: Where Every Girl Shines Bright

 

Our Little Leaders Empowerment Club empowers girls ages 4-10 through confidence-building activities, creative arts, and leadership training. Designed to inspire young girls to embrace their unique strengths, this program fosters self-esteem and personal growth in a fun, engaging environment.

• Monthly activities such as storytelling, arts and crafts, and dance.

• The enchanting "Princess Tea Party" fundraiser to teach leadership through giving.

This 8-week program empowers young women ages 14-18 to discover their identity, purpose, and potential. Through engaging workshops, participants explore career paths, develop personal goals, and learn how to present themselves with confidence and style.

It’s Personal: Pretty Boxes and New Mom Hygiene Kits

​

Our It’s Personal initiative addresses hygiene poverty with Pretty Boxes for girls and Nurture Kits for new moms. These kits include essential hygiene products, fostering dignity and self-care for those in need.

The ME Boutique is a one-of-a-kind resource providing girls with professional attire and accessories for interviews, internships, and special events. We also provide basic needs products, cleaning products and more to our families. This program builds confidence by ensuring every young woman feels polished and prepared to make a lasting impression.

Through our Guiding Star Mentorship and Leadership Academy, we connect girls with inspiring role models who guide them in navigating life’s challenges and achieving their goals. From career guidance to emotional support, our mentors help participants unlock their potential.

Our Mentorship program is designed to connect our youth to impactful leaders of our community. Through a fun matching process our mentors and mentees share an unique connection from start to build upon. Our mentees experience:

• Personal Growth and Development – Mentees are equipped with the tools and strategies to build self-confidence, resilience, and leadership skills, empowering them to navigate life's challenges effectively.

• Academic and Career Support – Mentees receive guidance tailored to their educational and career aspirations, including goal setting, skill-building, and access to valuable resources.

• Strong Role Models – Mentees are paired with dedicated mentors who provide encouragement, share life lessons, and model positive behavior and decision-making.
